Part 12 has arrived. And now we arrive to the second half of the Shadow of Evil categories. Now let's delve into THESE little horror-beauties.:D

Karkaro: Frank Welker (Megatron from "Transformers Prime") - Emperor Karkaro of the Cryog race in the Godzilla IDW trilogy is a ruthless, and malevolent conqueror who devastates entire worlds, and barely holds any regards for his own men. You know who else is like this? Megatron. Especially the one of TFP - with the exception of Soundwave, maybe - who was portrayed by Frank Welker, who basically was reprising his role after many long years. And it appears age has only enhanced his skills as a VA for Megatron. But maybe that's also because his role as THIS Megatron was meant to be that of the straight man - not like the G1 Megatron of the old days. And Megatron in TFP may be a version which fits in the top 3, along with BW and TFA Megatron. His voice is graveled, and deep. And it reverberates with a cold, heartless emotion only a genocidal murderer could have. This is someone who led a civil war which cost countless lives, and who saw to numerous, and excrutiating ways of killing his enemies. And he's a racist who takes pleasure in not only murdering Autobots: but also killing those who are NOT of Cybertronian blood. Not to mention his intelligent, scheming nature which drives him to manipulate, and remain ahead of everyone in the long game. Perhaps not to the extent of BW Megatron, but pretty close. Karkaro is pretty similar in these regards. He absolutely hates others who aren't Cryog, though he CAN work with others if it suits him - not that he has a choice, given he serves Lord Bagan. But he has been a ruler far too long to simply remain compliant forever. And perhaps one day, he may end up scheming to take down Empera Seijin - the apprentice - and then eventually, Bagan himself - the master. That is the Shadow of Evil's way: for strength, and power is all that truly matters. And Frank Welker always delivers a powerful performance as Megatron. There's no doubt in my mind he can do the same for this squishy shark-head of a calamari.:)

Claudandus: Charlie Adler (Cobra Commander from "GI Joe Resolute") - How do you make a fun, and interesting villain like Cobra Commander, and make him even better? By bringing him back into the modern era as a very intimidating, and honestly frightening terrorist leader who has no qualms about killing hundreds of thousands of people, and even one of his own men in front of his army, just to prove a point. And Charlie Adler in Resolute was absolutely fantastic, and helped me to decide what my favorite depiction of the commander would be. Just the way he portrays Cobra Commander: the gravelly tone, the low level in which he speaks, the way he always has a vicious threat in his tone and mannerisms, and the barely noticeable hiss in his voice, makes this Commander far worse than anything short of the comics. Given he came back for GI Joe: Renegades, someone else must have thought so, too. And he absolutely feels like an absolutely perfect candidate for Claudandus, the creation of Daizua123 . I mean, come on, and face it: this is a kaiju who turns others into a crystallized compound just so he can eat them afterwards - with a vile glee only a sociopath could have. Also, he carries himself in an almost serpentine way. A snake in the grass who may very well end up biting you if you turn your back on him for an instant. Adler portrays Cobra Commander in a similar light which makes him quite unpredictable. If anything, it's a match made in hell. He looks like a demon, so why NOT hell?

Irys: Corey Burton (Count Dooku from "Star Wars: Clone Wars") - Yes, yes, it could be cheating for having an actor who played the same character as a previous entry appear, after said actor was already presented. But honestly, who cares? Corey Burton is just that talented that he can also be cast as another character in the series. Especially the character of Count Dooku from the animated series "Clone Wars". Granted, he was basically the equivalent of an understudy for Christopher Lee, as he only appeared in the pilot film. But Corey Burton has done an excellent job depicting the sith lord in a way which almost does better then Mr. Lee (though he'll still remain a staple). He carried the same sophistication, integrity, and posture that Christopher Lee brought to the role. And even depicted the tactical ruthlessness, and cunning of Dooku that made him as interesting as he was. In a way, he's not far off from how Irys in TKCW is. In my series, Irys is also member of an order of protectors who turned from the light due to the perceived corruption in their ranks, and his own desire for power. After a long, long time, he has become an intricate figure within the Shadow of Evil - though he acts more like an assassin, he still brings tactical knowledge to the table when given the chance. And as always, i have no doubt Corey Burton would make Irys stand out further as a villain, and make a killing as he did so.

Slattern: SB Blanc (Bane from "Batman: Arkham Origins") - Both Bane, and Slattern are brawn in its purest form. Though Bane is much smarter than him, Slattern still has enough smarts to lead his Antilock forces into battle for his master, Lord Bagan. And though he has no performance enhancers like Bane, he is still a powerhouse in combat against others who go up against him. And JB Blanc would serve just as well as his voice actor as he was for Bane. To be honest, the Arkhamverse games haven't exactly been kind to Bane, as he was reduced to a mere boss-fight that depicted him as a large brute in the first game, and in the second game he wasn't even a boss. But then came Origins, which made him a main antagonist alongside Joker - the story borrowing some of Knightfall's story for incorporation. Either way, JB Blanc provided a magnificent performance which captured the strong, brutal, intelligent, cunning, and indomitable nature of Bane, all while he was depicted as a legitimate foe for Batman to face against. I always wondered what would happen if Joker, and him ever teamed up: this was a minor result, as they were not exactly partners in crime. Still, the two gave Batman all the trouble he could ask for, and nearly pushed him to the brink before both were defeated. And even though this was so far his only performance as Bane, it was quite frankly one of the best ever displayed. And JB Blanc could certainly give some of that life to Slattern, if he were ever cast as him. Ah, well, a guy can dream, can't he? Just so long as no back breaking's involved.:D
